Our multidisciplinary team specialises in qualitative research, particularly innovative and participatory research methods, but also has expertise in survey-based research. We have a wealth of research experience, and our international academic, industry and community networks and engagements mean we bring cutting-edge thought and theory to our research practice. Our research speaks to communities, policymakers and employers, and advances theory.

Empowered, connected communities have the agency, resources and knowledge to actively shape their own futures. Empowered and connected communities are built on strong relationships, shared values and mutual respect, where individuals work together to solve local challenges and advocate for their own needs. Our research aims to contribute to improved access to information, technology and inclusive decision-making through the sharing of research insights and solutions. Through collaboration, empowered communities foster resilience, social cohesion and positive change from the ground up.
