Research under this theme addresses pressing social, technological and environmental challenges through an ethical and sustainable lens to ensure that what we do now places people and community first. It explores ways to generate evidence and insights that inform policy, foster environmental stewardship and collective wellbeing for both current and future generations.

Caring HRM and Ageing in Manufacturing: This study explores how an ethics of care shapes human resource management, particularly in supporting an ageing workforce. Insights form the study will inform organisational practice and wider policy
