This research acknowledges that our workplaces, economy and society currently create inequity and discrimination based on racial, gender, class, ability and other social identities. It addresses systemic barriers that lead to inequality, such as discrimination, bias, or unequal pay and works with communities to strengthen their voice and create frameworks and solutions towards equity in work and society.
Brown Glass Ceilings. Exploring the phenomenon of glass ceilings for ethnic minority women and Pacific peoples in senior managerial roles in New Zealand.
